“I hope my classes spark resilience, joy and growth for all of my students, both on and off the mat. As a teacher, I believe that yoga and pilates has the ability to be exactly what we need on any given day to create and sustain balance.” - Jen Vail
“Jen has given me an appreciation that asanas are merely scratching the surface of this 'yoga thing' and helped me to overcome aspects of my mobility limitations, live with less pain, and put my limitations into perspective. Jen has given me tools to better communicate with physical therapists and have more realistic expectations for my journey of recovery.” - Philip F.
