As the shortest day of the year marks a return to lightness, intention and rebirth, we'll gather together to honor the Winter Solstice, a time of clairity, patience and potential. Throughout the mini retreat, you'll explore a variety of yoga, meditation/yoga nidra, and journaling to cultivate a deeper sense of balance, harmony and well-being during this seasonal shift.

This retreat is suitable for yogis of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, reconnect with nature, or simply unwind and recharge your spirit, this event offers something for everyone.

Your registration includes: All Levels hatha yoga, guided nidra/meditation and a special journaling experience with a seasonal journal for you to keep (included in your registration). Space is limited and pre-registration is required to attend.  Price: $30

Are you ready to roll out your mat for the first time? 

Learn the origins of yoga and begin to explore foundational shapes with accessible options to create comfort and accessibility to skillfully integrate the practice of yoga into your life. We will experience a variety of styles and poses so you can leave with a greater understanding of yoga breathing techniques, yoga class etiquette and how to pick the right class for you.

Your guide, Jen Vail has been teaching yoga for over 25 years and has designed this workshop to help you feel more confident and prepared to attend any beginner friendly or all level class. The most common reflection from her students after attending this workshop is that they simply wish they would have started practicing yoga sooner.
