POP-UP Mat Pilates
POP UP Spring Pilates 3-Week Series from April 3rd, 10th, 17th from 9:30-10:30am at the Oakdale Discovery Center
Strengthen and tone your entire body, decompress your spine and improve posture with this low impact Pilates mat practice. We will focus on fundamentals and learn both modifications and challenge options in this all-levels practice. This class may incorporate props such as resistance bands and foam rollers to enhance your experience.
Space is limited to 12 participants and pre-registration is required to attend. Please bring a yoga mat. This event is not recommended for those affected by osteoporosis or for individuals currently pregnant. 3-Week Series Cost: $53/session, or drop-in for a single class is $20 if space is available.

Feel better faster and take the next step in your wellness journey with foam rolling to alleviate tension, reduce pain, promote recovery and improve mobility. This all-levels workshop uses self-myofascial techniques and a foam roller to melt away stress and reduce muscle soreness in chronically tight areas of the body. Explore a gentler flow designed to melt away tension with mindful movements to increase strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation in a sustainable way. This all-levels class will illuminate your intentions and calm your nervous system with minimal weight-bearing on the wrists to prepare you for a good night sleep.

Morning Yoga Summer Session #2
Rise and shine with intention. Experience a customizable and dynamic yoga practice designed to build strength, develop balance, and increase mobility and mindfulness. This all-levels class encourages participants to move at their own pace to explore shapes in a safe and sustainable way that will support a healthy range of motion and a more fulfilling practice experience.
3 week (Tuesday) session: July 23rd - August 6th from 9-10am new time
Cost: $48 per 3-week session. Registration deadline is one week prior to start of program. Drop in rate is $20 as space is available.

Intro to Yoga Workshop
Are you ready to roll out your mat for the first time?
Learn the origins of yoga and begin to explore foundational shapes with accessible options to create comfort and accessibility to skillfully integrate the practice of yoga into your life. We will experience a variety of styles and poses so you can leave with a greater understanding of yoga breathing techniques, yoga class etiquette and how to pick the right class for you.
Your guide, Jen Vail has been teaching yoga for over 25 years and has designed this workshop to help you feel more confident and prepared to attend any beginner friendly or all level class. The most common reflection from her students after attending this workshop is that they simply wish they would have started practicing yoga sooner.
