This all-levels class uses self-myofascial techniques to increase your overall mobility and flexibility to reduce muscle tension and melt away stress. Feel better faster and reduce muscle soreness as we work through chronically tight areas of the body without the spa-like price tag of a deep-tissue massage. Bring your yoga mat and we provide the foam rollers to use during class.
