POP-UP Full Body Foam Rolling: A Self Healing Workshop

Feel better faster and take the next step in your wellness journey with foam rolling to alleviate tension, reduce pain, promote recovery and improve mobility. This all-levels workshop uses self-myofascial techniques and a foam roller to melt away stress and reduce muscle soreness in chronically tight areas of the body. Space is limited and pre-registration is required to attend. Please bring with you a yoga mat and we provide foam rollers for you to use during the workshop. Investment: $30
