POP UP Spring Pilates 3-Week Series from April 3rd, 10th, 17th from 9:30-10:30am at the Oakdale Discovery Center
Strengthen and tone your entire body, decompress your spine and improve posture with this low impact Pilates mat practice. We will focus on fundamentals and learn both modifications and challenge options in this all-levels practice. This class may incorporate props such as resistance bands and foam rollers to enhance your experience.
Space is limited to 12 participants and pre-registration is required to attend. Please bring a yoga mat. This event is not recommended for those affected by osteoporosis or for individuals currently pregnant. 3-Week Series Cost: $53/session, or drop-in for a single class is $20 if space is available.
