Morning Yoga Summer Session #2


Rise and shine with intention. Experience a customizable and dynamic yoga practice designed to build strength, develop balance, and increase mobility and mindfulness. This all-levels class encourages participants to move at their own pace to explore shapes in a safe and sustainable way that will support a healthy range of motion and a more fulfilling practice experience.

3 week (Tuesday) session: July 23rd - August 6th from 9-10am new time

Cost: $48 per 3-week session. Registration deadline is one week prior to start of program. Drop in rate is $20 as space is available.
